  • Similar to Working with Venomous Snakes - Introduction to Handling Course but with an increased emphasis on safety and species in tropical regions
  • Course length is three days however an abbreviated two day course is available on request
  • Especially relevant for anyone working in tropical regions throughout the world
  • Topics include but are not limited to:
    • Venomous snakes of significant importance in tropical regions
    • Identification of snakes that inhabit tropical regions
    • Snake bite first aid in tropical regions
    • Emergency response planning when working or travelling in tropical regions
    • Communications in remote tropical areas
    • Restraint of venomous snakes specific to tropical regions
    • Interpretation of tropical region’s snake behaviour
    • Tropical region’s snake hazards and risk management
    • Alternative methods of capture whilst in tropical regions
